New work culture: No pretense, work will be valued.

Today, the world class business has almost come to a standstill amid the outbreak of Corona virus.  What is needed is a country that can introduce a new business model.  But India can bring in a new culture of working through its new way, innovative passion and tune.  All business is almost closed, so a new vigor is needed to get the work in progress.  And if it does, it will be profitable for the business in the coming times.
New work culture: No pretense, work will be valued.
The PM has mentioned this in his blog, he has written that I believe that the new business and work culture will be defined by five tones.  I am calling these 'vowels of new acceptance' because these five vowels (A, E, I, O, U) are going to become the main elements of the business model of the world after COVID-19.  Whatever is going on in this new work culture, the work that will be done in it will be valued, there will be no place for showing.So let's talk about what these five vowels mean in a business model.

A means 'Adaptibility': 

Can we make the world a model for telemedicine services?  So the answer is yes, India is already pushing for digital payments.  All of the big businesses or small businesses or consumers should perform digital payment.
New work culture: No pretense, work will be valued.
 This is the time to review a lifestyle and a form of business that is easy to adopt.  Large small shoppers invest in digital equipment and allow commercial activities to go on.

E means 'Efficiency':

Those who are seen to be doing work, not the ones, should get importance.  Many people show off, but the work done on the ground level should be valued.  This is the time when work efficiency has to be  achieved and approved to lead.

Efficiency does not mean how many hours we work.  It is important that we do a good job within the time limit.

I means 'Inclusivity':

We should talk about such a business model, which can also help the poor people.  Solving each of their problems should be the priority of that model. The lockdown underway due to COVID-19 has resulted in considerable improvement in our climate.  We have made a lot of progress in fighting the climate, if there is a decrease in human activities by Mother Nature then it will increase very fast.  We need to provide health facilities cheaply and on a large scale.  We can guide the global effort to provide health services to the entire humanity.

 We should invest in the innovation that will benefit farmers' machinery needs, thereby increasing the production.

O means 'Oppurtunity':

A time of crisis always brings opportunity.  We have to lead the world against this outbreak according to our ability.  Let us evaluate new opportunities and emerging areas going to increase.  We all have to be vigilant and fight against this virus, and present it to the world.

U means 'Universality':

Before attacking, like COVID-19 sees neither color, nor distinction, nor caste-caste, nor poor-rich. 

 Our response and conduct on this should also be based on unity and brotherhood.  We are all together against this.  The future will be unity and together.  India and the whole world will have to fight this epidemic with positive thinking.  And we all need to set a precedent at the world level.
