How to motivate yourself during lockdown period.

We all know that lockdown is currently underway due to coronavirus.  Lockdown is the only way to prevent this virus from spreading.  All the countries have adopted this formula.  All in their homes whether they are students or workers.  At present, the medical staff and security personnel are trying to give their 100 percent and are also getting successful.  So during this lockdown period it is very important to refresh yourself and stay in touch with your work.  So today I will talk about some things that will help you a lot if you follow those things.  Whether it is students or office workers who are working from home nowadays. So now let's talk about what are the things that we can feel good about ourselves.

Get up early in the morning:

Try to get up early in the morning, such as getting up between 4 a.m to 5 a.m o'clock. We wake up in the morning and become stronger mentally and physically.

Morning View
It makes more sense to read in the morning and remember it for a long time.  People who are working from home nowadays can also do a better job.  In the morning we do not have any tiredness and if we keep refreshed, then we all work hard.

Do meditation and yoga:

If we do meditation and yogasana by getting up early in the morning, then we can also be free from diseases.  Our immune system is also strong.

Meditation

If we are mentally and physically strong then our morale also increases.  And it has been said that a healthy mind resides in a healthy body.  It takes mind to do some work by doing meditation.

Stay connected:

Staying at home should keep in touch with your family, friends and techears.  People who work in the office should keep talking to their boss.  Nowadays, it is a time for social networking, so this is a better way to motivate yourself.  When we talk to people, everyone shares their own experiences.  If there is any confusion in your studies, then you should talk to your teachers.

Make your daily routine:

The routine we used to follow when we went to college or office.  So if we follow the same routine, then we can work and also do our studies.

This gives us motivation and finds ourselves in a better position.
None of us yet knows when the lockdown will open and our schools, colleges and offices will open, so working and studying at home becomes important.

Take short break while working or studying:

If we work or study continuously, we cannot do as much work as we can by taking short breaks in the middle of our work.  If we are studying, then period of your studies is something of 45 minutes and then take a break of 15 minutes.

Follow this method until we read that there is no pressure on our brain and we can study well.

Reward your work:

If we reward our work, we will feel good.  Whether to listen to your favorite song or eat your favorite dish in the reward.

This allows us to make our work intersting.  By setting rewards, we can do better work and also do our studies well.

In the end, I would just like to say that do not stay away from your work and studies.  Stay at home and keep yourself motive.  And kept praying to God that soon the world would get rid of this epidemic.
