India, the largest producer of hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) , initially banned exports of the drug on March 25 to ensure adequate domestic supplies. But due to the coronavirus epidemic 30 countries including U.S, U.K, Brazil and south asian countries have asked to India to supply them with HCQ.
